We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join RMA Consulting. You will have worked in a similar software design and delivery environment previously and have had some exposure to life working for an agency. You will have worked with both Design and Development teams previously. You will deliver a diverse range of projects for a variety of clients, covering many sectors including telecoms and media, banking and insurance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great ideas and thrive in an environment that embraces collaboration with clients and internal teams to scope, plan and execute projects on time and on budget.

The Role
- Manage software design and delivery projects from inception, through design and development, into live, using a full range of project management techniques to ensure the highest quality of customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Work closely with the Client Service's team and Practice Leads to shape balanced and competitive bid proposals and win new business
- Define and translate business requirements into delivery strategies, working closely with the client and delivery teams to ensure that needs and priorities are met
- Focus on creating and maintaining consistency of processes and tools used to define and manage projects to enable transparent and effective communication
- Generate or influence new ideas to optimise efficiency through excellent knowledge of both the design and delivery process
The Person
- A successful track record in delivering complex and challenging software projects on time and to budget
- Understanding of agile delivery methodologies and their pragmatic application within a fast-moving and/or agency environment
- Ability to operate under pressure and in demanding situations whilst still having relentless drive to deliver with enthusiasm
- Strong influencer, with a wide range of styles, having ability to build good working relationships with delivery partners and senior levels within the organisation
- Clear and consistent approach to project management techniques and tools and an ability to roll these out cross different project types
